What is the price?

$75 per week, with a minimum 6-month commitment.

Is this suitable if I am returning from injury or have not trained in years?

Yes. You’ll be screened by our in-house physiotherapy team, and programs are scaled to your ability and progressed safely over time.

Are sessions one-on-one?

No, sessions are run in a semi-supervised environment. During staffed hours, a coach is always present to guide you, answer questions, and adjust your training as needed.
