What is the Volleyball Athlete Development Program?

It’s a structured, strategic approach to athlete development designed to improve your volleyball performance including developing explosive power, vertical jump and resilience to dominate at the net.

Who is it for?

This is for volleyball players at every level, regardless of your current ability or physical condition. If you want to improve your game - jump height, agility, and reaction speed to be more dynamic on the court, a specific athlete development program designed by the Diamond Team will get you there.

Most volleyballers train hard, but not all train smart. You might be putting in the hours, but are you getting measurable results? Our proven training systems develop real game-changing improvements to separate yourself from the competition.
Athlete development is not new and is at the core of every elite volleyball player’s training program. If you’re not following a structured strength and conditioning program in a power sport like volleyball you’re leaving up to 50% of your performance off the court.

We focus on measurable performance gains, ensuring real progress. In fact, we’re so confident you’ll see
development – if you don’t improve after completing all of your sessions with
us, we'll give you an additional 6 months for free*.

Do I need to be a certain skill level to join?

No! Our programs are designed for all levels, from beginner to elite.

Can you work with my existing coach or physio?

Yes! We actively collaborate with your coaches, physiotherapists, and support staff to ensure you get a fully integrated high-performance approach. We can align your strength & conditioning program with your team's current training, rehab plans, and competition schedule for maximal results.

What makes Diamond High Performance different from a regular gym?

Most gyms provide equipment. At Diamond High Performance, we provide a system and environment for High Performance. Our athletes get:
